Refund policy

We want you to be glad you bought UNSUNG. If you're not, email contact@readunsung.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll give you a full refund. You don't have to give a reason.

How refunds work

Payments for UNSUNG are processed by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for your order. Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

Problems with your download

If your download link doesn't work or the file won't open, email us before asking for a refund. We'll send you a working copy straight away.
